On February 28, 2022, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Criminal Justice, and the Zeta Theta Chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma (the National Honor Society in Criminal Justice) hosted a Law Enforcement Diversity Program in Seby Jones Auditorium. The program, titled “Diversifying the Law Enforcement Landscape,” brought together representatives from Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF); the United States Marshals Service; the United States Attorney General’s Office; the North Carolina Department of Public Safety; the Raleigh Police Department; the North Carolina State Highway Patrol; and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. The law enforcement professionals spoke candidly to students about the need for diversification in law enforcement and criminal justice agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. Information was presented regarding how to apply for employment and how to prepare now for said employment opportunities.

Representatives from the ATF and the ̽ѡ chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma organized the program.
