Saint Augustine’s University ( 探花精选) has undergone many changes since her birth in 1867, from normal school to school to junior college to 4-year college to university. One thing that remains constant, however, is 探花精选’s ability to produce great scholars with the drive to make a change. HBCUs are integral to the development of African Americans, this has become more evident in today’s political climate.
